Extend can identify items for the owner to consider and, where appropriate, recommend further assessment by a suitably qualified trade or specialist.
A Property Readiness Review is not a building, pest, engineering, compliance or safety inspection.
Maintenance Coordination
Support identifying, organising and coordinating property maintenance requirements.
Where specialist assessment or works are required, these should be undertaken by appropriately qualified and insured trades or professionals.
Extend does not provide building, engineering or trade certification or advice.
Property Presentation
Practical observations and suggestions relating to the presentation and preparation of a property for the rental market.
Recommendations are property-management focused and do not represent building, design, valuation or financial advice.
Rental Market Assessment
An assessment of the property’s potential rental position based on available market information and relevant comparable rental evidence at the time of assessment.
Rental market conditions can change, and any rental figure provided is an assessment only and does not guarantee the rent that will ultimately be achieved.

The relevant trade or professional remains responsible for their own advice, quotations, workmanship, licensing and professional services.
Ongoing Property Support
Additional property-focused support can be provided for owners who require assistance coordinating agreed property management, maintenance, presentation or rental-readiness matters.
The scope of support will be agreed before services are undertaken.
Working alongside your Property Manager
Extend Property Support is designed to complement rather than replace an appointed property manager.
Where a property is already professionally managed, Extend’s involvement will be limited to the services agreed with the property owner and will not replace the responsibilities of the appointed managing agent.
Where appropriate, Extend can work collaboratively with the property manager to help minimise duplication and maintain clear responsibilities.

Extend does not provide financial, investment, taxation, legal, valuation, building, engineering or other specialist professional advice.
