Scope of our services
Extend provides property-management focused observations, information and practical support within the agreed scope of each engagement. Extend does not provide financial, investment, taxation, legal, valuation, building, engineering or other specialist professional advice. Where specialist advice, assessment or certification is required, you should engage an appropriately qualified professional.
Property observations
Property readiness reviews, presentation recommendations and pre-settlement support are not building, pest, engineering, compliance or safety inspections, and do not replace pre-purchase due diligence, strata or legal enquiries, valuations or financial advice.
Rental assessments
Rental assessments and market information are based on information and comparable evidence reasonably available at the time. They are not guarantees of rental income, property value, investment performance or future outcomes.
Trades and third parties
Where Extend coordinates trades or other service providers, each provider remains responsible for its own advice, quotations, workmanship, licensing and professional services.
Working alongside your property manager
Where a property is professionally managed, Extend’s involvement is limited to the services agreed with the owner and does not replace the responsibilities of the appointed managing agent.
Engagement terms
The specific scope, inclusions and limitations of each service are confirmed as part of each client engagement.
