Extend Property Services was created from a simple belief — great property outcomes come from combining experience, clear communication and strong relationships.
Founded by Nicole Hoare, Extend provides experienced, flexible support to property management businesses and independent guidance to property owners and investors.
After many years working across property management, business development, agency leadership and property operations, Nicole saw an opportunity to provide support differently — stepping in where experience, capacity, clarity or an independent perspective is needed.
That idea became Extend Property Services.

Meet Nicole
Nicole brings extensive experience across the property management industry, having worked closely with property owners, investors, property managers and agency leaders throughout her career.
Her experience has included property management operations, business development, investor relationships, portfolio growth, team support and senior agency leadership.
Nicole is a NSW Class 1 licensed real estate professional and has previously held Licensee in Charge responsibilities, giving her a strong understanding of the operational, compliance and commercial realities of running a property management business.
Her career has also been recognised through industry awards and achievements, including finalist recognition in state and national real estate industry awards.
But experience is only one part of the story.
Nicole has built her career around relationships — taking the time to understand the person, property or business behind the immediate issue and finding practical ways forward.
